Minor fixes for version 2.0.

Changes

• DRT remembers window positions when you restart the simulator or reload plugins.
• The list view is padded to make it easier to read.
• Optimizations should slightly increase performance (reduced memory allocations).
• The FlyWithLua directory is now scanned if present.

Known issues

• Linux UI: The UI doesn't work at all on Linux systems.
• Apple code signing: The plugin is not code signed.
• Floating point values ending in zeroes may be displayed incorrectly (see version 2.0.4 release notes)
