Minor fixes and updates. Now supports Linux.

Minor fixes for version 2.0.

Linux version now available. Tested on Ubuntu 22.04.
macOS version is now codesigned.
The list view text size has been reduced to match similar X-Plane controls, and increase legibility.
Array values are now visually compressed correctly; this should increase readability.
When using the 150% UI scaling, fonts should be much more readable.
Ignored and deprecated datarefs no longer have fields for editing their values (since they have no values).

After restarting X-Plane, results in restored search windows may not be accurate.
Fonts appear blurry at the 100% and 150% UI scaling settings.
Floating point values ending in zeroes may be displayed incorrectly (see version 2.0.4 release notes)
